Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Methos website, the waitlist, and any early access we grant you. By using the site you agree to them.
Last updated: 24 October 2026
01 / AGREEMENT
Using this site means you accept these terms.
These terms are a contract between you, or the organisation you represent, and Methos. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
02 / THE SERVICE
A website, a waitlist, and early access where we grant it.
This site lets you read about Methos and join a waitlist. Early access, where granted, is an invitation to test the platform before it is generally available.
Product screens and animations on this site are illustrations of intended behaviour. They are not promises about what is live today.
03 / ELIGIBILITY
You must be able to enter a contract.
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Business use is assumed. You are responsible for everyone in your organisation who uses the service.
04 / ACCESS
A waitlist place is not a purchase right.
Joining the waitlist does not oblige us to give you access, and does not fix a delivery date or a price. We can decline, pause, limit or end access where you breach these terms, where we must protect the service or other users, or where the law requires it.
Access is personal to you or your organisation. Do not sell, resell or transfer it.
05 / ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not use the service to harm people or systems.
- Breaking the law, or using the service to harm people, systems or data.
- Uploading data you have no right to use, or data that belongs to someone else without permission.
- Trying to break, reverse engineer, disable or work around the platform's controls, permissions or records.
- Automating our forms, scraping the site, or calling the API in a way that abuses its limits.
- Sending bulk or unsolicited email, including using our contact details for that purpose.
- Building agents whose actions you would not be willing to explain to the people they affect.
06 / YOUR DATA
You keep your rights in the data you bring.
You retain ownership of the data, documents and content you or your organisation provide. You are responsible for having the right to use them and to let us process them as described in our privacy policy.
You are also responsible for what your agents are allowed to read and do, and for the permissions, gates and approvals you configure.
07 / AI OUTPUT
Review anything that has real consequences.
Agent output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Governance, gates and the audit record exist to help you control and review the work — they do not remove your responsibility for it.
Before an action has real effect, a person accountable for that decision must review and approve it. Do not rely on output as legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
08 / FEEDBACK
Tell us what you need; we may use the idea.
If you tell us what you want built or what went wrong, we may use those ideas without any obligation to you. We will not publish your name or your company alongside them unless you agree.
09 / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The platform stays ours; your content stays yours.
The software, design, documentation, look of the site and the Methos name and logo belong to Methos. Nothing in these terms transfers them to you. Open-source components remain under their own licences.
10 / THIRD PARTIES
Systems and models you connect come with their own terms.
Where you connect your own systems, or use third-party models and tools, their own terms, prices and privacy practices apply to you, and they are responsible for their own services.
11 / NO WARRANTY
The site and early access are provided as is.
We do not promise uninterrupted service, that a preview matches the final product, or that the service fits a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all other warranties and conditions.
12 / LIABILITY
We are liable for our own negligence, within limits.
We are liable only for losses caused by our own negligence or wilful misconduct, and only for losses that were foreseeable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunities.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, death or personal injury.
13 / TERMINATION
You can stop at any time.
You can stop using the site whenever you like and ask us to delete your waitlist entry. We can end access as described above. The clauses on your data, AI output, intellectual property, third parties, warranty, liability and governing law continue to apply after termination.
14 / CHANGES
We may update these terms as the product develops.
For material changes that affect early access, we will tell you by email or on the site before they apply. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15 / GOVERNING LAW
Slovenian law applies, without taking away your consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, and the courts of Ljubljana have jurisdiction. This does not affect mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
