Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Methos collects when you visit methos.si or join our waitlist, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

01 / WHO WE ARE
Methos is the controller of the data described here.
Methos builds an agentic orchestration platform with governance built in. This website and the waitlist are operated by Methos, so we decide what personal data is collected here and what happens to it.
We are established in the Republic of Slovenia and process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you have a question about this policy or about your own data, write to info@methos.si.
02 / WHAT WE COLLECT
The waitlist form is where most of it comes from.
The short form asks for one thing: your work email address. The detailed form also asks for your full name, company name, role, industry, company size, what you are interested in, and an optional description of the process you want to automate.
- What you type into our forms: email, name, company, role, industry, company size, interests and your process description.
- Technical data recorded when you visit or submit: IP address, browser and device information, the page you came from, and the date and time of the request.
- Messages you send us: emails and replies.
03 / HOW WE USE IT
To answer you, to run the waitlist, and to keep the site safe.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use what you submit to train third-party AI models.
- To reply to your enquiry and, where you asked us to, to contact you about early access.
- To run the waitlist: keep the list, tell you when access opens, and understand which industries and use cases to build for.
- To keep the forms and the site secure, including detecting and blocking spam, bots and abuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
04 / LEGAL BASIS
Consent for the waitlist, legitimate interest for security.
Where a form is optional, we process your data on the basis of the consent you give by submitting it (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). For security logging and abuse prevention we rely on our legitimate interest in operating a safe service (Article 6(1)(f)).
We email you only where you asked us to, or where we already have a relationship with you. Every email we send you from the waitlist includes a way to ask us to stop.
05 / RETENTION
We keep waitlist entries until you ask us to remove them.
A waitlist entry is kept until you ask us to delete it, or until we decide the list is no longer useful, whichever comes first. Security and abuse-prevention logs are kept for up to twelve months.
If we grant you early access, the account and its records are kept for as long as you use the service and then for a limited period to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
06 / WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
A short list of processors, and no data sales.
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
- Our hosting and database providers, who store the waitlist for us under processing agreements that limit what they may do with it.
- Our email provider, when we send you a message you asked for.
- Public authorities, where we are legally required to disclose something.
07 / TRANSFERS
Some processing happens outside the European Economic Area.
A small number of our providers process data outside the EEA. Where they do, we rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses, and we limit what those providers may do with the data.
08 / SECURITY
Minimum data, controlled access, encrypted connections.
Waitlist data is stored in a managed database with access controls, role-based access for our own staff, and encrypted connections (TLS) between your browser and our servers. No method of transmission is completely secure, which is why we collect as little as we can.
09 / YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us to show, fix, move or delete your data.
To exercise a right, email info@methos.si and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your local supervisory authority — in Slovenia, the Information Commissioner.
- Access: ask what we hold about you.
- Rectification: correct anything that is wrong.
- Erasure: ask us to remove you from the waitlist.
- Restriction and objection: ask us to pause processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Portability: ask for the data you gave us in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time; that does not affect processing that already took place.
10 / COOKIES
No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies here.
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. A small number of technical cookies may be used where a feature has to remember a setting on your device. You can block cookies in your browser, but some parts of the site may then not work as intended.
11 / CHILDREN
Our services are for businesses, not children.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, write to info@methos.si and we will delete it.
12 / CHANGES
We update this policy when our products or the law change.
The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects people on the waitlist, we will tell them by email.
13 / CONTACT
Talk to us about your data.
